Where can I see the different member levels, prices, and benefits?

How can I join?
You can become a member right there on that Levels page, or by calling us at (414) 755-1965.
How long is my membership good for?
Memberships are good for 12 months, ending on the last day of the month. For example, if you purchase a membership anytime in March 2016, your membership expires March 31, 2017.
(Note: Failure to observe organizational policies regarding member conduct at Milwaukee Film events and screenings may result in termination of membership.)
How will I know when my membership expires?
An expiration date will be printed on your membership card, and a renewal notice will be sent to you two months prior to your expiration date.
How can I change my personal info? (Postal Address, Email Address, Phone Number, etc.)

How much of my donation is tax-deductible?

Single: $65 minus $0 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Dual: $110 minus $0 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Single: $120 minus $0 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Dual: $200 minus $0 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Single: $250 minus $65 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Dual: $400 minus $85 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Single: $500 - $65 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Dual: $750 - $85 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Single: $1,000 - $505 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Dual: $1500 - $965 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Single: $2,000 - $505 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount
Dual: $3,000 - $965 benefits provided = tax-deductible amount

Why am I not receiving the monthly Members-Only Screening email?
Sometimes, email puts things where they don’t belong. Here are two things you can do to fix that:
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts list immediately.
- Check your Spam folder. Gmail users should also check their Promotions folder.

How many seats can I RSVP for at each screening?
For single membership: one seat
For dual membership: two seats
The only way you can RSVP for anyone other than a member is if your membership level (Film Lover and above) comes with our blue “guest” tickets.
Is there any other critical info about the Members-Only Screenings I should know?
You absolutely, positively must RSVP for the monthly Members-Only Screening by the deadline: noon on the Tuesday before the screening. Once that deadline passes, we’re no longer able to accommodate RSVPs; tickets are already printed, and the staff is busy preparing for the film.
How can I apply my member discount to ticket purchases?
Go here to get started. Click on the product you wish to purchase and then click “Members click here to access your discounts!”
Enter your member number and click Submit.
If you don’t already have a username and password, you will be prompted to create them for your account.
Once you’re logged in, simply choose the items you would like to purchase. Your member discount will be applied at checkout.
What is a voucher?
A voucher can be exchanged for a ticket to a specific festival film after the box office opens.
